To help us better plan our summer camp, these guidelines are required to all our campers:

Late Cancellation Policy

All class cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within this time frame. Cancellations made on the same day as the camp will incur a charge of 50% of the class rate. If a cancellation is made within 1 hour or 30 minutes of the camp start time, and the coach is already on the tennis court with equipment set up, the full class fee will be charged, regardless of whether it is a first-time offense.

Weather Conditions Policy

If a class must be canceled after the first 30 minutes due to bad weather or other emergencies, the remaining class time will be issued as a credit. For package holders, this credit will be applied toward the next class package purchase. For campers who purchase individual classes, the credit will be applied to the next class they attend.

The coach is responsible for making all weather-related cancellation decisions and will make every effort to hold the class. Weather cancellations are typically not based solely on weather reports, as they are often inaccurate.

The coach will keep parents informed of weather conditions and will announce any weather-related cancellation at least 30 minutes before the class start time. Parents will be notified via text message of any class cancellation and informed of the makeup schedule.

If bad weather begins during a class, the coach will stop the session and declare a weather cancellation. The coach will escort the children to a covered area and notify parents to pick up their child, including where to find them. The coach will remain with all players until they are picked up.

Campers Late Pick-Up Policy

If a parent or guardian expects to arrive late for camper pick-up, they must notify the coach in advance. A late fee of $1 per minute will be charged for each minute the coach is required to wait. Coaches may need to leave the camp site promptly to travel to other locations for additional classes or lessons; therefore, all parents are expected to arrive on time for camper pick-up.

🚻 Please note: A portable restroom will be available on-site for campers . If the restroom is occupied, campers will take turns using the facility.
Alternatively, campers may use the restrooms at Parma Park, located just a few driving  blocks away from camp facility .

Ready to make this summer unforgettable?

The campers’ schedule is suspected  to frequently change as it is important to make sure that they are not doing the same thing in the day before. Keeping the schedule of campers interesting is important to maintaining players’ focus.
